Sabrina Schnaubelt, a 2016, left-handed OF/C/1B from San Diego Renegades Stern 18u Gold and University City High School in San Diego committed to attend Gordon College in Massachusetts. Sabrina’s academic excellence has put her on the honor roll throughout high school, and allowed her the opportunity to get a head start on her undergraduate studies by participating in the Project Lead the Way science program. Her knowledge of the game of softball, strong defensive skills and command at the plate have made her a starter for her Varsity team for four years and earned her several honors, including being named to the All-League team in multiple years. Following much research, many visits and numerous conversations with perspective college coaches, Sabrina chose to pursue an education in Nursing at Gordon College. Coach Woolf recognized Sabrina’s skills on the field as well has her knowledge and passion for the game. The Scots softball team welcomed Sabrina with open arms and cheered her decision to join them. She is looking forward to continuing her softball career as she embarks on the next phase of her education. We could not be more proud of Sabrina!
