to the competition venues. We assist by handling the hotel search,
hotel negotiations, reservations, and other hotel arrangements.

T.E.A.M.S. provides the
following for FREE:

Provide a choice of top bids
from hotels that want to offer the best rates and accommodations to
meet your most important needs. You pick the hotel you want.
(Minimum of 5 rooms requested required)

Work directly with
the tournament director, coach or team contact by acting as a
personal travel agent.

Book all the hotel
accommodations for the tournament as well as handling any possible
changes prior to the event.

Answer accommodation
questions regarding hotel rooms, directions, and venue locations.

We keep track of the hotel
rooming list and scheduled dates so you don't have to.

We will relieve the stress
involved with travel details from your event coordinator, providing
more time to work in other areas.
