Practice Plan:  Tuesday, August 25th

     Bring it today!  Be accountable, challenge yourself & your teammates.  NO EXCUSES!!!

5:30 – 6:00               Stretching, bands & warmups (agility & sprints)

6:00 – 6:50               Hitting Warmups

          • Tee work
          • Soft Toss
          • Whiffles / Heavies
          • Front toss (10 swings (switch) then 5 swings)
          • Fielding Front Toss (at your positions)

6:50 – 7:00              Throwing warmups

          • Partners – working back into (one hop) long toss and back into quick throws

7:00 – 8:00              Defensive Drills

          • Star Drill | Bunt Drill
          • 3 corner drill
          • Pitchers & Catchers
          • Small group defense
          • Outfield vs baserunners
